Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our service (custom reservation arrangement on behalf of the customer), refunds are generally not available after payment has been completed.

However: If a reservation cannot be secured, the full service fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after a reservation has been confirmed, cancellation fees charged by the restaurant or service provider will apply.Our agency service fee is non-refundable once the reservation process has started.
