　1. Lost Item collection Service

　-　Shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of your request.

　-　Cancellations made within 7 days before the trip begins will incur a 50% charge.

　-　Cancellations made on the day before the trip or later, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total amount.

　-　Refunds (after deducting applicable fees) will be returned to your original payment method.

　-　From the time of booking confirmation, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.

　-　Cancellations made within 2 business days of the reservation date (including no-shows) are non-refundable.

　-　In the case of a no-show on the reservation date, a fee of ¥10,000 per person will be charged.

　-　This policy is in place to respect restaurants and to avoid inconvenience caused by last-minute changes.​​​
